Project Description:
Extended basic, detail design, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning of Isfahan gasoline production plant, (EPCC project) at Isfahan, Iran
Client: National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company, Isfahan Oil Refining Company (EORC); Managing Contractor: PIDEC Company; Engineering subcontractor: Aker Solution (Aker Kvaerner Power Gas) of India; Basic Designers: Technip (France); Licensors: Axens (France) and UOPL (UK)

Responsibilities:
- Developing EPCC time schedule
- Managing engineering documents and deliverables
- Creating project procurement time schedule
- Developing project WBS (work breakdown structure) and weight factors
- Providing project progress, management and cause of delay reports
- Maintaining a communication system with vendors about project progress and reports to ensure that activities are efficiently planed, resourced and completed.

- Provided the project master schedule
- Provided planning, scheduling, monitoring and progress measurement procedures
- Preparation of weekly and monthly management reports
